What is online Giving?

Online giving is the ability to give a gift or schedule a series of tithes using your debt card, credit card or bank account.

Where does my giving go?

When you give a pledge or general gift to the church, it goes towards the yearly budget of all the ministries within the church as well as the operating costs. Gifts given directly to specific ministries or needs will be utilized 100 percent by the designated ministry.

Is online giving safe? Is your site secure?

Yes! The security of your personal information and data is incredibly important to Rock Giving, the giving platform First Pres uses.

Can I use my debit card or credit card?

Yes. We accept any debit or credit card issued by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed?

Your giving history can be viewed at any time by logging into your account here. here. You may view current year and past two years of your contribution statements or if you use the Date Range feature, you can view all past pledge payments.

Are there hidden charges or fee to give online?

No additional fees to give online. All fees for giving online are paid by the church.

Can I use electronic check or give thorugh my bank account?

Yes, simply choose Need copy. You can give using a checking or savings account.

Are gifts to First Pres deductible for tax purposes?

All contributions are tax deductible.

What if I want to change my online recurring giving schedule or cancel it?

Log in to your account and select “Manage Giving Profiles”. Select the Edit button if you need to change the amount, designation, frequency or end date of the schedule. If you need to change the credit card information, you will need to delete the current schedule by clicking on the Delete button and start a new one by selecting “Create New Gift”. Clicking on “Delete” will remove your schedule immediately.
