Pat retired from over 40 years of pastoral ministry in 2015, moved to Colorado Springs and was then asked to serve as part-time staff member at First Pres. At First Pres he’s had the privilege of participating in various ministries: overseeing Men’s Ministries for a season leading the 6:30 a.m. Tuesday Men’s Life Bible study; teaching GTW classes; performing weddings, memorials; and visiting hospitals and rehabs for the Caring Ministries Team. Pat began his ministry at the Fourth Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, MD under Dr. Richard C. Halverson. He graduated from American University with a BS in Business Administration, then clearly led by the Lord, to pastoral ministry. Pat graduated from Fuller Seminary with both MDiv and a Doctor of Ministry degree. Pat fulfilled his calling into ministry with eight years as an Associate Pastor at Central Presbyterian Church, Towson, MD; eight years planting Covenant Presbyterian Church right here in Briargate; twelve years as Senior Pastor College Hill Presbyterian Church (2000 + members), Cincinnati, OH; and twelve years in the Philadelphia suburbs both as a Senior Pastor and again church planter/Senior Pastor at Central and then Grace Covenant respectively. Pat and Ann have been married for fifty-three years, have three sons, two daughters-in-law and seven grandchildren. Pat enjoys cooking breakfast, grilling, gardening, golf, and time with Ann.
