Humble Pie: I Must Decrease - Tim McConnell

John the Baptist is a great model for humility. Jesus said he was the best guy ever born! But John himself, knowing who Jesus is, bent his direction downward. I must decrease. He must increase. Humble yourself before Jesus. Seek to glorify Jesus in your life. You might find in following Him that you find yourself lifting others up. You might find that to follow Jesus is to set your selfishness aside and see others as more important than yourself. This humility will render glory to Jesus.
