Open To God
- John Goodale
Sep. 5
What happens to the soul when you join in worship? God is seeking worshipers, those who will open up their hearts toward Him in Spirit and in truth. A true worshiper is honest and open before the Lord, singing and praising from the heart. A person enters worship alone but soon finds that they are part of a body, a group of people turning their hearts toward God. Looking to God and joining in worship in the church can be a moment when loneliness starts to dissipate and cracks begin to form in the frozen isolation of individualism. You are not alone. Solitude can be a gift, but alone is no good. When you find Jesus, you will never be alone again.
